Nearly 80 percent of adults experience low back pain at some point in their lifetime. Back Pain is one of the most common problems in all ages. There are Different reasons for Back Pain like:

Symptoms of Back Pain

  • Shooting Pain (or stabbing pain) - Experiencing random sharp pains due to damage of the nerve Example - Severe Back pain while getting up from chair .

  • Radiating pain down your leg - pain that increases while bending, lifting, standing or walking.

  • Back pain that decreases while you are in a reclining position - while you are relaxing on the bed or reclining chair that provides back support.

What is Sciatica?

Sciatica is the result of neurological problems in the back or an entrapped nerve in the pelvis. The medical term for sciatica is lumbar radiculopathy. 

Symptoms of Sciatica
